Scope and interpretation
These Bonus Terms govern Tk71 promotions and bonus offers on the Tk71 platform. If a promotion has specific terms, those promotional terms prevail over these General Bonus Terms. By participating in any Tk71 promotion you acknowledge and agree to these terms and the applicable promotion terms.
Eligibility and account requirements
- Participants must be at least 18 years old or of legal age where Tk71 operates, whichever is higher, and must comply with applicable local laws.
- Participation is limited to players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is legally permitted and where Tk71 holds a valid license.
- Only one Tk71 account per person is permitted. The company may suspend or void bonuses and winnings if duplicate or multiple accounts are detected or suspected.
Activation and claiming
Bonuses may be credited automatically or must be claimed manually. If a bonus is automatically claimed, it will appear under the Claimed section; if it requires manual claiming, it will appear under Granted first. Players may adjust the attribution of active bonus campaigns by reordering available campaigns in the promotions area. Only one bonus offer may be active at any time.
Wagering requirements and playthrough
The standard wagering requirements are as follows unless a promotion states otherwise: 50 times the bonus amount for a bonus promotion and 40 times the winnings from Free Spins. Wagering requirements must be satisfied before any bonus-derived funds or winnings may be withdrawn. The minimum permitted stake per bet while wagering is €0.10, and the maximum permitted bet per spin while wagering is €5 unless a promotion specifies a different limit.
Wager contribution by game type
Contributions toward wagering requirements are game-type dependent. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the baseline is as follows: Slots and Keno contribute 100% of the wager; Video Poker and most table games contribute at a reduced rate or as specified by the promotion; Live Casino and Jackpot games are generally not eligible for contribution while a bonus is active. Progressive Jackpot Video Slots may be played using Cash Balance only and do not contribute toward bonus release. Specific contribution rules are stated in the promotion's terms and conditions.
Balance rules and wallet order
When a bonus is active, wagers are funded from the Real Cash Balance first. Bonus funds are drawn only after the Cash Balance is exhausted or insufficient to meet the stake. Winnings derived from the bonus are stored in the Bonus balance and remain subject to wagering requirements until released to cash.
Maximum cash out and withdrawal limits
Each bonus may carry a maximum cash-out amount. Default maxima (where not specified in a promotion) are: non-deposit bonus winnings €25; deposit bonus winnings up to 10 times the bonus amount; Free Spin winnings up to €100. If calculated cash-out exceeds the applicable maximum, only the maximum amount is transferred to cash, and the remainder is forfeited.
Time limits, expiry and forfeiture
Bonuses are valid for 10 days from activation unless stated otherwise. If wagering requirements are not met within the validity period, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be removed. Unused No-Deposit bonuses expire after 7 days from credit; unused Free Spins expire after 24 hours from credit. If a withdrawal is requested before completing wagering, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from the bonus will be forfeited, and you may withdraw only the remaining Real Balance. A player may forfeit or disable a bonus at any time; forfeiture cancels both the bonus balance and any winnings derived from playing the bonus. A disabled bonus stops wagering contributions until re-enabled. A player may reorder active bonus campaigns by dragging and dropping them in the preferred order. Upon completion of wagering, any remaining bonus balance may be converted to cash if permitted by the promotion.
Bonus statuses
- Granted – Bonus has been awarded but requires manual claim if not auto-claimed.
- Claimed – Bonus has been either manually claimed or automatically claimed.
- Redeemed – Wagering requirements met; the bonus balance is released to cash where applicable.
- Spent – Applies to free bets; the free bet status changes from Claimed to Spent when the bonus is used in full.
- Approval Pending – Cashback or related status awaiting manual approval or rejection by management.
Progressive jackpots and restrictions
Progressive Jackpot games may not be funded by bonus balance. Such games may only be played with Cash Balance. Bonus funds cannot be used to activate or play Progressive Jackpot Video Slots.
Promotions-specific terms
Each promotion has its own Terms and Conditions which supplement these General Bonus Terms. Where a promotion’s terms conflict with these General Bonus Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail. The Promotion Terms are accessible in the Promotions section within your Tk71 account and must be complied with for that promotion to be valid.
Amendments and notices
Tk71 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through in-site notices. If you disagree with updated terms you may discontinue using Tk71 products within a reasonable period after notice, which will not be less than two weeks from the date of notice.
Governing law and disputes
