Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Tk71’s online gambling platform. By accessing or placing bets and using the services provided by Tk71, you enter into a binding agreement with Tk71, and you agree to be bound by these Terms as they apply to your activity on the platform. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tk71 concerning the subject matter herein and supersede any prior representations or agreements.

Definitions

  • The Player: any user who accesses the Tk71 software, games, or promotions.

  • We/Us/Our: Tk71 and its affiliates, operators, and service providers.
  • Player/S: registered users or guests of the Tk71 platform, including active, dormant, or closed-account holders as applicable.
  • Governing Law: the law applicable in the jurisdiction under which Tk71 is licensed and regulated.

Eligibility and Age

  1. Access to Tk71 is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by applicable law in the player’s jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Tk71 may request age verification at any time.
  2. You must not access or use Tk71 if doing so is prohibited by law in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations applicable to online gambling.
  3. You may only open and use an account for your personal use. Accounts are non-transferable and must not be shared with third parties.

Account Registration and Verification

To register, you must provide accurate information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email, mobile number, and a secure password. Tk71 may require documentation to verify identity, age, and address (such as a government-issued ID and a recent utility bill). You agree to cooperate with Tk71’s Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and authorise reasonable data processing for these purposes. Tk71 may suspend or restrict your account during verification, and may suspend or terminate access if verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

Account Security and Personal Data

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Any bets placed using your credentials are presumed to be placed by you unless proven otherwise or due to negligence on Tk71’s part. Notify Tk71 immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. It is your responsibility to keep your personal information current. Tk71 will process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and may share data with authorised entities for verification and regulatory compliance.

Duplicate Accounts

Only one Tk71 account per person is permitted. If Tk71 detects a duplicate account, it may close the duplicate and/or the original account, void all bonuses and winnings tied to the duplicate, and cancel future bets placed on the Duplicate Account. Tk71 reserves the right to take further action where fraud or misuse is suspected.

Bet Processing and Confirmation

  1. Bets are valid only if there are sufficient funds in the account and a unique transaction record has been created prior to the event start. Bets not confirmed before the event begins are void.
  2. Only bets displayed on Tk71’s server and linked to the user’s account are valid. Bets created outside the official system or not recorded by the server are not valid.
  3. Customers must verify the selection details and stake before confirming a bet. Odds shown on receipts are the valid odds for settlement unless Tk71 publicly announces otherwise. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be altered or cancelled by the customer, except where explicitly permitted by Tk71.
  4. Tk71 reserves the right to refuse, accept, or partially accept any bet, and to cancel all accepted bets before the event begins without explanation. In the event of irregularities affecting an event’s outcome, Tk71 may declare the event void or suspend settlement.
  5. Single and multiple bets are permitted. Multiple bets are only valid if none of the selections affect the outcome of other selections unless special terms apply to the combined bet. If a selection is void, the remaining bets are settled according to the remaining valid selections; if all selections are void, the stake is returned where applicable.

Promotions, Bonuses and Wagering

Promotions and bonuses are offered subject to specific terms and conditions. Each promotion may impose wagering requirements, eligibility criteria, geographic or product restrictions, and expiration dates. Tk71 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate promotions at any time and to adjust or reclaim bonuses and winnings in the event of suspected abuse, bonus stacking, or non-compliance with the promotion terms.

Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to Tk71’s payment methods policy. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may apply and are communicated on the platform. Tk71 may require verification for withdrawals and may apply currency conversions or fees as applicable. Deposits credited in error must be reported promptly; such funds may be withheld or withdrawn. If cryptocurrency or other non-fiat payment methods are enabled for use on Tk71, such use is subject to applicable laws and platform policy. Tk71 reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or close accounts in cases of suspected fraud, non-compliance, or regulatory concerns.

Prohibited Conduct

Prohibited activity includes underage gambling, use from restricted jurisdictions, account sharing, multiple accounts, fraudulent or illegal activity, attempts to manipulate games, coercion of staff, or any action intended to gain an unfair advantage. Engaging in such conduct may result in account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action as permitted by applicable law.

Liability and Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, Tk71 provides the platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Tk71 does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. You agree to indemnify and hold Tk71 harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities resulting from your breach of these Terms, illegal activities, or any misuse of the service.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and design elements on the Tk71 platform are owned by or licensed to Tk71 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the platform solely for lawful gambling activities and personal use. Copying, reproducing, or distributing Tk71 content without express permission is prohibited.

Privacy and Cookies

Tk71 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The platform uses cookies to enhance user experience. By continuing to use the platform, you consent to this data processing and cookie usage. You may adjust settings in your account preferences or data protection controls.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the applicable law of the jurisdiction in which Tk71 is licensed and regulated. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in that jurisdiction in accordance with its rules. If arbitration is unavailable or inappropriate, the parties may pursue lawful remedies in the courts of that jurisdiction, subject to the arbitration agreement’s applicability and enforceability.

Changes to These Terms

Tk71 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Tk71 will provide notice before they take effect, and continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you disagree with material changes, you may cease using the platform and withdraw any available funds in accordance with Tk71’s policies.

Termination, Suspension and Account Closure

Tk71 may suspend or terminate a player’s account for violations of these Terms, fraud, regulatory concerns, or other justified reasons. Upon termination, Tk71 will settle any outstanding eligible balances in accordance with its policies, subject to any reserves or restrictions required by law or regulation. A closed account may not be reopened, and any unsettled disputes will be resolved in accordance with Tk71’s dispute resolution procedures.

Tk71 promotes responsible gaming and provides tools to support self-control, including deposit limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms are the complete and exclusive agreement between you and Tk71 concerning the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
  • If any provision is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  • These Terms are drafted in English. If translations exist, the English version controls for interpretation.
  • Notices and communications may be provided by Tk71 through the platform or other official channels.
