1. General Rules and Scope

The Tk71 sports betting platform applies the rules described herein to all wagering markets offered by the operator. The rules govern settlement, validity, and adjustment of bets across events, markets, and bet types unless a market-specific rule states otherwise.

  • 1.1 Market settlement. The official outcome of a market is binding and determines settlement. Where an event or market is decided by an official source, bets placed after the publication of the outcome may be voided. Markets that are not determined by the end of normal play may be settled on the event result as described in the market description, with normal duration considered unless stated otherwise. Player specials are excluded from this rule.
  • 1.2 Acceptance of bets. Tk71 reserves the right to decline any or all bets without giving a reason. If a bet is not accepted, the stake is refunded to the customer.
  • 1.3 Pre-event and post-acceptance cancellations. Tk71 may void or cancel bets before an event starts or after acceptance, without providing a reason, including for palpable error in event wording, odds, or start time; for circumvention of limits; for reliance on non-public information; for related or conflicted bets; or for technical irregularities.
  • 1.4 Venue changes or significant modifications. Tk71 may cancel all bets on an event if the venue of the event changes.
  • 1.5 Substantial changes to event conditions. Where the circumstances of an event change materially (e.g., length of play, distance in a race, number of periods), Tk71 reserves the right to cancel or settle bets as appropriate.
  • 1.6 Fraud or integrity concerns. If Tk71 suspects fraud or manipulation, it may unsettled specific bets, inform applicable regulators, wait for a verdict, and settle or void bets in light of the outcome from the relevant authorities.
  • 1.7 System interruptions. If the betting system is interrupted, Tk71 will perform standard checks and may accept or reject bets. Customers should log back in to confirm bet acceptance once the system is restored.
  • 1.8 VAR and on-field decisions. If a Video Assistant Referee decision conflicts with the on-field decision and alters the state of play, bets placed during the interval may be void, unless the odds on the specific offer were unaffected or already accounted for. Other bets unaffected by the VAR decision remain valid. Tk71 may reverse settlements if the final decision changes the accuracy of prior settlements, provided the decision is communicated before the conclusion of the match or relevant window.
  • 1.9 Odds presentation and rounding. On-screen odds are displayed with two decimal places. Total odds are calculated using a sixth decimal digit for rounding; total winning amounts are truncated to two decimals.
  • 1.10 Settlement timeframe. The maximum interval between the initial settlement of a bet slip and any re-settlement is thirty (30) days.
  • 1.11 Final minute rules. If the match is officially concluded after 79:00, the full-time result governs all markets. If conclusion occurs at 78:59 or earlier, undecided markets are void unless market rules state otherwise. Abandoned or stopped events may lead to voiding of undecided markets where continuation within the prescribed window is not achieved.
  • 1.12 Match formats and duration. Tk71 supports formats including 2x25, 2x30, 2x35, 2x40, 2x45, and 3x30 for prematch and live bets. Matches shorter than 50 minutes or longer than 90 minutes render all markets void. For format 3x30, halftime is calculated as half of total duration. The customer accepts risk for format changes and related settlements as part of registration.
  • 1.13 Play‑or‑Pay rule for Outrights. Outright markets (Winner, Top 3, Top 5, etc.) remain payable even if a listed participant is unable to compete, with losses applied to those participants. Head‑to‑head markets are excluded; if a listed participant does not take part, their H2H markets are void. If a participant is replaced by a like participant from the same team, team markets remain valid while individual markets of the original participant may be void.
  • 1.14 Dead heat and tie handling for outrights. In the event of tied positions in outright markets, dead-heat rules apply unless stated otherwise in the market description, with stakes divided according to applicable odds and number of tied participants.

2. Player Scoring and Time‑Based Markets

The following rules govern scorer-related bets and similar time‑based markets. All definitions apply to regular time unless stated otherwise in the market description.

  • 2.1 First/Last/Anytime Scorer. Bets on First Goalscorer, Last Goalscorer, and Anytime Goalscorer relate to regular time unless extra time is specified in the market. Own goals, when applicable, may be treated as non-scoring for certain markets. If a player never participates, corresponding scorer bets are void.
  • 2.2 VOID conditions for scorer bets. If a match is abandoned after a scorer has appeared, bets on the first scorer may remain valid, while other scorer bets may be void if the match cannot be completed.
  • 2.3 Player participation and replacement. If a player who would score is substituted or does not participate, related kicker markets remain subject to the market description. If a player is replaced by a teammate, team-level markets remain valid while the individual player’s scorer markets may be void.

3. Soccer (Football) – Market Conventions

  • 3.1 Market culmination. The Match Winner (1X2) and other standard markets are settled on the normal duration, including extra time where the market states “include overtime.” Penalty outcomes may be excluded unless the market specifies otherwise.
  • 3.2 Time-based results. If a match is postponed, suspended, or abandoned, settlement follows the market rules and official guidance; continued events within 48 hours may keep bets alive, while extended postponements may render unsettled bets void.
  • 3.3 Two‑legged ties. For markets spanning two legs, settlements apply to the relevant leg(s) as described in the market description, with postponements as specified by the operator’s rules.

4. Other Major Sports: General Principles

Major or niche sports are governed by sport‑specific rules published by Tk71. In all cases, official governing body results govern settlement where available. In the absence of official results, Tk71 may rely on reliable third‑party data in its sole discretion, and may void or resettle bets where data is inconsistent or incorrect.

  • 4.1 American Football. Settlement generally follows the official result at the end of the scheduled play. Overtime may count only if the market specifies; for non‑completion or non‑resumption within the scheduled window, bets may be voided unless an official winner is declared.
  • 4.2 Athletics and field events. Market outcomes are settled on official results; if a participant withdraws or is disqualified, relevant markets may be voided or settled as losers as described by the market terms.
  • 4.3 Australian Rules Football. Markets settle on the official result at the end of regular time unless stated otherwise; postponements with no resumption within 48 hours lead to voiding of unsettled markets.
  • 4.4 Badminton. Settlements align with official results; if a match is not completed or a result is not published, undecided markets are void.

5. Outrights, Dead Heats, and Special Provisions

  • 5.1 Outright markets. Outright bets are settled based on the official final standings or awards even if the participant does not compete; non‑participating selections are settled as losses unless the market explicitly states otherwise.
  • 5.2 Dead heat rules. Dead heat provisions apply to tied outcomes unless a market description provides an alternate method of settlement.
  • 5.3 Market integrity. Tk71 reserves the right to suspend settlement or void bets in cases of suspected manipulation, data anomalies, or regulatory concerns, with due process including notification to the customer where feasible.

6. Disputes, Adjustments, and Re‑Settlements

In the event of a dispute over a bet, or where a correction is required following the initial settlement, Tk71 may re‑settle or adjust a bet within thirty (30) days of the original settlement. Bets settled incorrectly may be corrected even after payment, including refunds of incorrect winnings.

7. Customer Rights and Compliance

  • 7.1 Acceptance and cancellation rights. Bets may be rejected or canceled at Tk71’s discretion, and customers may be refunded where applicable.
  • 7.2 Information and transparency. Market descriptions, updates, and any changes to rules will be published by Tk71. In case of ambiguity, the English version of rules controls.
  • 7.3 Responsible gaming and regulatory cooperation. Tk71 adheres to applicable licensing and regulatory requirements, including cooperation with authorities in cases of suspected fraud or integrity concerns.
