• Attribution: By default, Tk71 uses a last‑click attribution model unless otherwise specified in writing. In cases of dispute, Tk71 will apply audit procedures to determine eligible conversions.
• Data and Access: Affiliates have access to performance dashboards showing impressions, clicks, registrations, deposits, and recognized Net Revenue for their referred players.
• Fraud and Compliance: All activity is subject to Tk71’s anti‑fraud controls. Any traffic deemed fraudulent, in violation of marketing guidelines, or in breach of laws will be deemed ineligible for commissions and may result in termination.

Marketing Assets, Brand Use and Compliance

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Program shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction or by binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitral rules, as determined by Tk71.
